1.1. Payment Schedule: Following is the Applicable Fee structure on the Select 200 companies:

1.2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Accepted Payment Methods such as online payment, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.

The company shall bear all currency conversion charges and intermediary banking fees.

At the discretion of D Globalist, sponsored slots would be given to the selected companies from the Select 200. These include top 10 and certain other exceptionally well companies where D Globalist decides to waive off the Applicable Fee mentioned above.

At D Globalist, we are committed to recognizing businesses with exceptional global potential. The “Select 200 Companies with Global Business Potential” designation is a testament to the vision, innovation, and ambition of these extraordinary ventures.

It is important to note that the absence of a company from this select group does not in any way diminish their potential or accomplishments. The global business landscape is vast and dynamic, and there are countless enterprises across the world that demonstrate remarkable promise and ingenuity.

Our selection process is based on a range of criteria and considerations, and while we strive to be as comprehensive as possible, it is inevitable that some deserving companies may not be included. We encourage all businesses, regardless of their inclusion in this list, to continue pursuing their global aspirations and making a positive impact on the international stage.

3.1. Both the Nomination Fee and the Membership Fee are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances including in the event if a company withdraws, cancels its participation, fails to participate, or otherwise discontinues its involvement at any stage of the nomination, assessment or selection process, whether before or after being selected as part of the Select 200, no refund of the Nomination Fee or the DGEMS & eXtrefy Fee, whether individually or collectively, shall be made.

3.2. However, D Globalist reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond its control. In such cases, the Select 200 companies will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.

4.1. The scope of services provided by D Globalist will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal to Select 200 Companies.

4.2. Any additional services requested by the Select 200 companies that are not included in the initial agreement may incur additional charges and the execution of such services shall be subject to the discretion of D Globalist.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in any event, D Globalist’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the net fees actually received by D Globalist from the Applicant Company.

D Globalist shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, postponement, cancellation or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, governmental actions, strikes, power or internet failures, venue unavailability, vendor failures or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, D Globalist shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by the Applicant Companies including Select 200 companies or any third party.

7.1. These “Terms and Conditions” are applicable on services provided by D Globalist, including DGEMS and eXtrefy.

7.2. Additional or specific terms and conditions shall be applicable, as the case may be, for any service provided by D Globalist or through its affiliates via eXtrefy as detailed out in the eXtrefy Legal Terms of Use.

8.1. In the event that any grievance, concern, or complaint (“Grievance”) arises in connection with the terms, performance, or conduct under this “Terms and Conditions” Agreement, the Select 200 companies shall communicate such Grievance to D Globalist via inquire@dglobalist.com.

8.2. D Globalist shall strive to acknowledge receipt of such Grievance within two (“2”) business days and shall take all reasonable steps to resolve the Grievance within seven (“7”) working days from the receipt of the Grievance.

9.1. This “Terms and Conditions” Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.

9.2. The arbitration proceedings may be conducted through video conferencing or any other electronic means, as may be mutually agreed by the Parties.

The shortlisted Select 200 companies grants D Globalist a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use their company’s name, logo, trademarks, testimonials etc. for promotional, editorial, marketing, digital, and social media purposes. Further, the companies warrant that they own or have authority to grant such rights.

The Applicant Companies agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless D Globalist and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, expenses or liabilities arising from breach of these “Terms and Conditions”, infringement of third-party rights, inaccurate information submitted, or violation of any applicable law.

The Applicant Companies acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
